December is here with a whirl wind of excitement! Each year I'm so excited to see the Random Acts of Kindness calendars that are put together with so much care by so many different people. No matter your age it can be a lot of fun to print one up and have that reminder to do something for someone else no matter how small it is. The little things can really make the biggest difference. Here is a link to a fun 31 day calendar from a company that does great things (we are in no way endorsing this company just so you know). https://www.mitscoots.com/blogs/outfitting-blog/the-31-day-pattern-of-giving-challenge
Coming up this month we have plenty of great ways that you can help out in our community. Please check out the boxes by the main office for the items that our local community needs or call Rayna Bick for more information.
Coming in January-The Bible. The most read, debated, praised, and scrutinized book in history. Let’s study it together, UU style. We will look at the book from many perspectives, including historical, literary, and various faiths. Come with your questions, opinions, and open mind. Every second and forth Sundays, 40 minutes after service, starting in January. A Bible study like you always wanted...! This series will be presented by David Clement.
Please contact Erin Rockafellow for more information.
