Social Justice and outreach Committee meets each month on the 4th Sunday at 12:30pm. Please join us with your concerns and passions for Justice and Sharing in our world. Last month we focused on Second Sunday giving, promotion and inviting speakers from the charities and organizations to present. On Sunday October 8, Shirley Cochran, CEO and Founder of Motherly Intercession will share the history, program and successes of this organization focusing on "Unlocking Their Future". The children of incarcerated parents face many challenges but their future can be better with support, education and hope. The Second Sunday donation will go to Motherly Intercessions this October.
